- Established Plasma Bank in the Department of Transfusion Medicine, MKCG MCH, Berhampur in September, 2022 during peak of COVID 19 pandemic.
- Designated as the Nodal Officer for the Convalescent Plasma Therapy( CPT) in MKCG MCH, Berhampurduring August 2022 to May 2021.
- The performance of plasma bank of MKCG MCH was appreciated by CMO Odisha, DM Ganjam, DM Gajapati, DM Phulbani, DM Rayagada and SP Ganjam.
- Speaker in State, National Conferences and trainings (organized by SBTC, NACO).
- Board of Studies member of Transfusion Medicine, SCB Medical College, Cuttack since 2017- 2023.
- Clinical Observership/training on Oncopathology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai in during 28.4.2017-27.5.2017.
